General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Designation of the Seller

The Site instant-academy.com is edited by Instants Zen Sàrl (hereinafter the Company). By validating these terms, the client expressly requests that the performance of the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all sales concluded by the Company with professional or individual clients (the Client) wishing to access trainings, documents, and related products (the Service). By validating an order, the Client accepts these GTC without reservation.

Article 3 – Characteristics of the Service

The Service generally includes:

• Webinars
• Online training courses
• Downloadable documents
• Personalized support

Article 4 - Access to Services

Services are accessible only to authorized persons who have subscribed. Identification codes are personal, individual, confidential, and non-transferable. The Client isresponsible for any fraudulent use of their access codes.

Article 5 – Guarantees

The Company strives to provide the Service during the agreed period. We may optionally offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" for a variable duration (maximum 60 days) specified at the time of purchase.

Article 6 – Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros, excluding taxes (VAT applicable at the current rate). Payment is generally required at the time of order unless a trial period or installments are specified. We use secure providers like PayPal and Stripe.

6.4 Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from these GTC without giving a reason within 14 days of the contract conclusion. To exercise this right, notify us at support@instant-academy.com.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to proven direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the Client for the Service. We are not liable for indirect damages like loss of data or profit.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, telecommunications failure, etc.).

Article 9 – Termination

The Client may terminate the Service at any time via email. The Company reserves the right to terminate access in case of non-payment or violation of intellectual property rights.

Article 10 – Data Protection

Personal data is processed for service management and prospecting. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by contacting support@instant-academy.com.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property

All site content and educational materials are the exclusive property of the Company. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Communication

The Client agrees to be cited as a reference by the Company for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Language

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. While translated into English, the original French text shall prevail in case of dispute.

Article 14 – Disputes

In case of a dispute involving a professional Client, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Fribourg, Switzerland.
