The general terms of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website academiedelinstant.com or academie-instant.com.
The “customer” is considered to be any physical or moral person making an order via our websites that is validated via the Secure payment platform (PayPal or Stripe), bank transfer, Western Union or cheque.
Article 2: Orders
Any order placed on the websites of the Instants Zen company implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3: Fees
Fees are shown in euros which include all taxes. The fees of the items can be changed at any time, however; the rate applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including pre-order products. You can make the payment by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside of France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa).

Secure online payment by credit card is made through PayPal.com or Stripe.com, world leaders in the field of online payment. We chose these companies to offer the highest level of security to our customers. The transmitted information is encrypted thanks to the system at the forefront of technology and security. Any warranty regarding the safety of this system is entirely the responsibility of PayPal.com or Stripe.com. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We will never ask you to send us your password.
Article 6: Delivery of Products
The delivery of the products is only by electronic means. However, please indicate the correct billing address.
Article 7: Terms of Reimbursement
We want to make sure that our customers are delighted and that they benefit from products that allow them to improve their quality of life, which is why all of our products and services have without an exception a guarantee of satisfaction. This warranty is different depending on the product. As such, the conditions listed below are replaced by those specified on your order page for the given product, since the promises made on this order page are prioritized in relation to the conditions below. Some of our contracts involve training services. Our training contains tips and recommendations which we recommend our customers to apply in their daily life to achieve the intended result. Unless otherwise stated on the product descriptive page, all of our products and services (e-Learning program, webinars, coaching by telephone or email) have a guarantee of satisfaction of 60 days. If you are not satisfied within sixty days of your purchase, simply contact us by email [email protected] or by telephone at + 33 (0) 1 79 75 78 77 to claim your refund. Please include your transaction number.
Article 8: Presentation
The pictures of our electronic products are “suggestions of presentation”, meaning that the images do not always correspond exactly to the product that you will receive, especially for preorders, where the visuals are not always Final.

Follow-up of visits and “cookies” files: We perform on all our sites a follow-up of the frequency. For this, we use tools such as Google Analytics or Piwik. The data, although not nominal, allows us to improve the experience of using our websites, and to personalize the websites according to the frequent user requests.

All the clauses contained in these general conditions of sale, as well as all of the transactions of purchase and sale, will be subject to Swiss law with the legal forum in Fribourg.

Within our mailing lists, communications, and trainings, we may recommend tools, websites, products or service providers that can provide you a useful complement to our training through our mailing lists, communications and training.
