Instants Zen Sàrl (hereinafter "we") is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data are carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Our collection is limited to what is necessary, in accordance with the principle of data minimization. The definitions provided in Article 4 of the GDPR are applicable here. In the event of modifications to these terms, we undertake not to substantially lower the level of confidentiality without informing you in advance.
Through this policy, we strive to answer the following questions: What personal data do we process? For what purposes? On what legal bases? What are your rights? How can you exercise them? For how long is the data kept?

1/ Categories of Personal Data Collected
In the course of our activity on instant-academy.com (the "Site"), you transmit the following information by filling out inquiry forms and communicating with us:
- Browsing Data: Data collected through cookies and similar technologies (date, time of connection/navigation, browser type, browser language, IP address, location data).
- Contact Information: Identity and contact details (title, last name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number).
- Commercial Relationship Data: Information relative to the contractual relationship (details of ordered trainings/services) as well as banking and transactional information (date of transaction, amount, order number).
- Training Follow-up: Data related to your progress in our courses (module consultation, time spent, webinars participation, surveys).
